Returns and Refunds Policy

We are a small business hand making all of our products. Due to this nature, we do not accept any returns or refunds for change of mind which includes wrong size. Please ensure you are looking at the sizing guidelines to ensure you are picking the correct sizes.

Please NOTE that any of products sold under our “Seconds” category are unable to be exchanged or returned. These items are sold as is with buyers held responsible for purchasing these items. To find out more about our “seconds” please visit our product information page.

If your item has been sent to you damaged, please contact us by visiting our contact page within 24 hours of receiving your product. We will happily navigate the situation with you to rectify this unfortunate event.

Safety

Pets should always be monitored when wearing any of our products. Please supervise your pet when wearing one of our products and never leave on your pet when they are alone. Lucie & Co is not responsible for any damage or harm caused to pet or human due to misuse of product.

Intended Use of product

These bandanas are not designed to be worn for extreme purposes. They are a fashionable item and therefore care should be taken when wearing these to prolong the life of the product. We do not recommend your pet go swimming, do sport such as flyball or agility etc in our products. Not only for the longevity of the product but also the liability of the product.
