Yes, we provide a “Print Your Own Product” service where you can create custom designs on select items.
Custom products cannot be returned for change of mind once the design has been applied. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

We use sustainable and recycled materials wherever possible. Our sustainable range of bandanas and bows is made from upcycled fabrics, while our cat toys are filled with shredded fabric waste.

Not all of our products are made from recycled fabrics. However, we are committed to sustainability and continuously expanding our eco-friendly range.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, including incorrect sizing. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement or refund.
