1. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
  • Not engage in any activity that could interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the website.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or contacting us.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password (if applicable).

Lucie & Co reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of this website, and these Terms of Service, at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

2. Order Processing and Shipping

Order Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1-5 business days.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Allow 5-7 business days for production.

Shipping Process

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Note: Express shipping guarantees faster shipping but does not expedite order processing times.
All orders are shipped from the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Lucie & Co is not responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees incurred by the customer.
  • Lucie & Co is not responsible for delays, service disruptions, or delivery issues caused by postal services.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is deemed faulty.

Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us:

  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend your package.
  • If the parcel is returned due to refusal of customs charges, Lucie & Co reserves the right to refund only 50% of the cost of the goods.

Order Modifications

Orders cannot be modified once placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

3. Refund and Return Policy

Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, including incorrect sizing. Please refer to our sizing guidelines before purchasing.

Print Your Own Product Service:
Once the design has been applied to your item, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please be confident in your choice of design before placing an order.

Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items:
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement, repair, or refund.

Print Your Own Product Orders:
If there is a fault in the heat-pressed design (e.g., misalignment or poor adhesion), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for resolution.

Unsuitable Items for Print Your Own Products:
We reserve the right to refuse printing on items that are stained, torn, or made from unsuitable fabrics. If your item is unsuitable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty. We recommend using secure packaging and tracked postage for all returns or submissions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lucie & Co website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Lucie & Co and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of the content without prior written permission from Lucie & Co.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lucie & Co is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. We are also not responsible for any damages that arise during shipping, including delays or lost packages.

6. Force Majeure

Lucie & Co is not liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, of any obligation under these Terms of Service if such failure or delay is caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

8. Privacy Policy
